We specialize in only collated Hot Dipped Galvanized nails for air powered pneumatic or cordless battery operated nailers. All of our Hot Dipped Nails meet and/or exceed the United States standard for Hot Dip Zinc Mass Coating of ASTM A153 Class D Fasteners. Our Process
All of our nails are first cut to length and heads formed from a large spool of steel wire rod. Then the nails are hot-dipped into Molten Zinc until a thick uniform coating is achieved across the entire surface of the nail. Next the nails are collated together into strips or coils with various collation materials (i.e. plastic, paper, or wire) Only by following this process can any Hot Dipped Nail truly meet the A153-D spec, which guarantees a certain weight of Zinc per square inch. Beware of imitators. Accept only genuine ASTM A153-D Hot Dipped Galvanized nails. | |
